Meet Jennifer Bakker
With over 28 years of industry experience, I've advised more than 30 founders across B2B, B2C, and business services. Owned two agencies and worked with blue-chip brands namely, Pepsico CA, Durex CA, Campari SA, Unilever USA, Red Bull SA & Barclay's Wealth UK.
I’ve seen firsthand how external expectations can erode internal teams, drain potential, and cause businesses to lose exceptional people.
I’ve lived it.
And I’ve watched others live it too.
Over the past three years I have dedicated my learnings to Organizational Neuro-inclusivity, Career Navigation and Adult Learning and Global Change. Through systems thinking frameworks I have created methodologies to bridge both people and their organisations for a better, happier working future.
My mission is that our kids learning inclusivity at school, don't have to unlearn it as adults.
